Well, so far we're at 108 on the mains, k&n needles clip in the middle, k&n springs, float height at 10mm. And 3 out on the idle mixture. The idea is to go to the 112's on the mains, but not for a bit, I'm a bit tired of pulling everything apart and putting it back together. I can do the mains without pulling the carbs but then I'm stuck with the possibility of having to fiddle with it to get it just right or having to go back because I'm not satisfied with the results. Just need a break from disassembly and reassembly of the whole rack.

Ok, so I'm retired and a bit bored, so while surfing the old interweb I read where a good upgrade for the front brakes is to use the 04-09 fz6 calipers (4 piston vs 2) and rotors. From what I've been able to see, the rotors look to be a direct swap but the calipers I'm not able to confirm. Does anyone have any experience or first hand knowledge of this, it looks to be a fairly affordable and reasonable upgrade. Let me know...
