Here you can see the new turn signals, upper cowl off an 87 and no hand guards, plus my wind screen was not clear and with defects so I painted flat black for that racy look! And pay no mind to the mirrors I needed a test ride. New ones are on the way! This thing is a rocket! Video to come! Attachments:

Loving your twin headlights. I've got some god-awful mirrors on one of mine too, that need changed. I do hope that yours is more reliable than mine

reliable - only time will tell but so far she is great! Even in the desert heat. Or did you mean the mirrors? I only could really see out of the right one

How much extra HP do you reckon you get out of V&H and Factory Pro setup?
I have the local Factory Pro supplier getting me a set (saves on postage) to go with V&H but havent quite made my mind up on 1.0 or 3.0 and pods. Is it still a pretty street able bike - or are you ringing its neck alot more (not a bad thing mind you - just concerned about catapulting out of the lights)

;D The bike is street-able for sure, still has enough low end to get you going and the 3.0 kit will get your top end about 3-4 HP wide open across the board. I also noticed that on this bike the pods are pretty well shielded by the tank and the frame. So rain or shine go with the pods and 3.0 kit, you only live once and you can says you have a race bike.

Hey, Tel. I'm out in Vegas next week and looking to pick up a Pro Jet kit for my FZ. Currently it runs an airbox but happy to remove this, to go with my V&H 4:1.
In your opinion which kit should I go for the Stage 1 or 3 and the K&N pods. I see you reckon shit whether may be a factor to consider.
Thanks

Go with the 3 jet kit and filters, it's worth it!
Bike feels alive and blows through the rpm's with ease!
Do it!
