OK, I totally don't get the Reserve Fuel switch on the left panel. What does it do?
The tank petcock only has one inlet and is completely manual with no electronic connections. How does this bike even have a "reserve" let alone a switch to change it?

Makes you feel good when you're about to run out of fuel?

How does this bike even have a "reserve" let alone a switch to change it? The petcock is lower than the float bowls, so the fuel has to be pumped up to the carbs. There is a sensor in the tank which cuts the power to the pump when the fuel level is low. The switch bypasses the sensor, restores power to the pump and lets you carry on until you actually do run out of fuel.

At least I know that the switch actually does something.
