I had my eye on that lot but it was too far for me & I got enough on my plate already. Good luck with it all, look forward to more pictures of your progress.

Anyone know of a 17 x 5.5 wheel that will fit into the FZR1000 Genesis swingarm, I have tried a YZF750 but the hub centre is too wide.
The gap/space available is 255mm

Having realised my frame was a FN1 thingy major work was needed to convert the thing so designed and had this insert made to take a YZF shock and linkage. next was to cut the frame and weld into place this is it all in place but not bolted up This how it looks now with the FZ1000 front end, FZ1000 swing arm and YZF suspension and linkage bolted up race seat picked up from Ian and some bodywork for conversion to a race kit. Onwards

Found that the steering stem is 6mm too long so spacer made, clip-ons arrived....engine in to check what needs to be kept and what brackets can be cut off. I need to check the frame height so if anyone can measure theirs from a point of reference as near to the rear of the machine the better, also the distance from spindle to the same reference point if possible.
