Fairing - yes. Sidepanels - probably, not 100% sure though.

Decent 1fn panels seem hard to find I’d really like to keep mine looking standard but good side panels are scarce. I would like to keep the ability to take a pillion too so I might see if I can fit a seat unit from a trx850 or circa 2000 gsxr750.

Early top fairing has no holes for indicators. They use a slightly different frame with brackets that poke out towards the front for them. Side panels are slightly different towards the front. Not sure about mounts but can’t see them being very different. If you like your passengers at all then I wouldn’t advise a trx seat unit! Unless you’re prepared to do a lot of cutting, grinding, welding etc I would try to stick with your original set up. TRX wasn’t really designed with pillion comfort in mind. I’ve owned a trx and now have trx seat unit fitted to my FZ and my exup. It’s not an easy job to fit to either. Much fabrication required.

1FN panels don't fit on 87 onwards bikes, the mounting lugs are in different places and the subframes are different.

Hey fitted early cowl, front sides and chin spoiler on a 88. All you need to do is make some tabs weld a nut on the back and fit them to the frame a couple of tac welds hold them great. As far as cutting signal light holes just measure off the old cowl mark center of the light holder and use a hole saw. Make sure your cowl is mounted on the bike. Don’t forget to tape the cowl before you cut the hole to stop brake out. Good luck Scott
