I bought an FZ700 that sat in a storage for a year. I haven’t been able to get the engine to turn. One of the cylinders valves were open and I can see some corrosion inside the cylinder. But the other three are closed and there wasn’t a lot of water in the oil. I have some Marvel Mystery Oil sitting in the cylinders now. What else have you guys done to un-seize an engine.

I had an XJ550 motor with seized bore(s) through water ingress. You have penetrating fluid in there which is good, now you just have to try and rock the crank back an forth a little each day - by hand. Once you get more that a few mmm of movement you can try coaxing i further in the normal direction - 2 steps forward one step back kinda thing.. Good luck
Once moving you will need to strip down the top end I think. Check how much corrosion damage you have and unstick the rings if you can
