15mm must be close enough surely - does it need a rebuild?

I've experienced issue getting brakes to bleed properly - did you get a good flow of fluid through the bleed nipples? I'm not sure how it works but tying the brake lever back to the bar and leaving overnight can help the bleed process too.

If you tie the lever back it helps to tap the brake lines every now and then to encourage bubbles up to the top. I use a plastic syringe, fill it with fluid, put a tube on the end, push tube over bleed nipple, crack nipple off and force fluid up from the caliper to the reservoir.

got a vacuum pump.
tried 3 diff type of master cylinders and even changed lines but no real braking.
had this on old zzr600 the calipers were past it.
so
can the fzx front wheel assuming the spindle etc is the same as a 1fn be made to fit later fz forks so I can put blue spots on??? The mrs will want to keep the wheels the same
