Someone has abandoned a 600 Thundercat in my brothers barm. which parts (e.g. wheels, forks, shock, brakes etc..) could be considered upgrades to my 2MG (currently on standard wheels)?

I'd be looking at relieving it of top & bottom yokes, forks, rear arm, brakes and wheels. Not sure if yokes will bolt straight in or arm but wouldn't mind betting you won't have too much trouble.

Could be amusing when the owner eventually returns..! I might try and trace him and offer a couple of hundred just to keep it 'clean'. It can't be worth much as it's not turned a wheel in about 4 years and he owes £££s for unpaid rent.

Had a lad try to sell me a car for £600 a few years back. He was fairly desperate but I didn't really want or need it so turned him down. He came back to me a month later saying I could have it for £230 which was what he owed in rent on his flat! I bought it, fixed a few bits on it and sold it on for £850..

Theres a chap here in NZ that did the thundercat swap everything bar the arm think he had to press the fz stem into the cat tripple but good upgrades
