Although I already have way too many projects on the go at the minute I thought I'd buy another FZ to fill the garage. I'm toying with trying the Manx in 2012 and my current FZ isn't eligible as it's a 1987 2MG. So with a few bids on Ebay I purchased what I reckon is a quite tidy 1FN/1TV which I'm told will be eligible to race. It's actually in better condition than I thought, as when on Ebay VGC I have found is not always what it seems, but this one surprised me. I will eventually break it down into a race bike unless anyones after a cheepish FZ for the road?

As above, 2's have bolt on rear hangers & look slightly out of place with the 1's bodywork. Looks lovely by the way Gaz, how much would you want for it as it is? I have a full set of replica bodywork in metallic burgundy including tank, top fairing, 1 piece side fairings (1 piece per side) & 2mg style single seat unit to barter with if you're interested? Probably got enough FZ bits lying around to make 2 other bikes now so if you're serious about selling this one complete or trading for other FZ spares I would be very interested. ;D
