Not that old, recent Hagon service (£90) two springs (Extra spring £45 from Hagon) Red spring 60kg has slight rub mark on it Yellow spring 80kg like new These shocks are around £300 new so ? £150 posted (UK) 340mm centres Kenny

Having a clear out several pairs and singles of FZR1000 wheels

cool. what does the "340mm centres" refer to in your original post? Assuming it fits an '87 model FZ (2MG) I'm very interested.

Could someone confirm that the shock fits a 2MG....what is the shock length on this model...... Eye fitting at the top and fork fitting at the bottom

2mg shocks have an eye at the top and a fork at the bottom but I think the length should be 304mm. 340mm may have been a typo?
