Hi all, I'm after a few folks who have restored FZ750s to help with a feature in Practical Sports Bike magazine. It would involve a chat on the phone and you supplying a high res photo of you and your bike to go with your words of wisdom. We're after hints/tips/advice/techniques - anything that would help someone who's thinking of having a go themselves. If you're up for helping out, you can contact me at gingersgaff@btinternet.com or on 07875 736021. Many thanks in advance for any offers. All the best, Gez Kane, Practical Sports Bikes

I know for someone who has an intresting take on an FZ, but I'm not sure if it's quite what you are after.
He has a ratter, and has cut the front off the tank (the cover of the air box) so that it can breath better....

Yep
Funnily enough, despite the comments I've made about it, I quite like it...

Really after standard-ish bikes for this feature thanks. Surely there must be a few owner/restorers out there with close to stock bikes...
Cheers,
Gez

Come now gents (and ladies) don't be shy. There must be a few of you out there with hard won resto knowledge to share!
I've sent out pms to some of you, so please check your messages.
I'd love to hear from you.
Cheers,
Gez

Lol Allie. Standard-ish FZ750. Modified FZR probably no good. Problem we got on here is most of the active members have modified bikes.

Hi all,
Still looking for a couple more owners. Is anyone in contact with number 6? I think he's based in Northampton and I'd love to get in touch with him. I've sent a pm but I guess he doesn't come on the forum very often. If anyone knows him, would you ask him to drop me an email or give me a bell.
Cheers,
Gez
