I have Exup carbs fitted to mine which I think are the same size & I've had my inlet stubbs modified to accept the carbs. There MAY be other ways of fitting them but I had the external diameter of my inlet stubbs (where the carb rubbers fit) reduced and then a ring made to fit over the modified end to enlarge the diameter so that the Exup rubbers would fit over the stubbs along with the carbs

I had 1000 genesis carbs on before the Exup carbs and I've found the Exup carbs to be far better and smoother, hope it helps.

Wheaty,I know u found it difficult operating four syringes all together, well done for replacing them. If you get them fitted up you will need to mess around with the jetting quite a lot. Standard YZF carbs are 38mm,FZ`s are 34, YZF jets are bigger than the FZ aswell you will also have to remove the TPS from the YZF carbs

Did you reduce the outer diameter of the alloy inlet stub, then just make a ring to go round it? You wouldn't happen to have any pictures?? Just that I can't think i'll be able to take much metal of the inlet stub as it's only a few mm thick! Cheers Gary
