I have figured out that among the other issues, the coils were bad, so in replacing them with the Dynatek coils, my airbox will not fit back on, is there an individual filter kit that will not lean out my bike to much, or can I just drill out the bottom on the airbox til it fits. Or can i just adjust the carbs to richen them up. Just no way the box will fit, but I DO NOT want to buy a jet kit and pipes. My pipes are clean and I like them the way they are.
Any advice here, thanks.

The general advice is not to fuck with the carburation/airbox.
Move the coils.

Gotta agree with crusty on this, I know the dyna coils are quite bulky although they do some mini ones, not sure if they do a fitment for the fz. It can't be beyond the wit of man to relocate the coils, on my Kat I put them up in the nose cone just behind the headlight.

If it's close I might be tempted to heat the standard air box until it will shape around the coils?
