Has anyone got one hanging around please.
Could also do with a couple of the rubber supressor caps those red rubbery things for pots 1 and 4.

I've got a couple somewhere - they don't work with the Racetech gauge I'm using. PM me your address and I'll stick one in the post. I don't know if you had noticed, but they're M10 tapered so are self sealing - damned cunning these Japanese ;D

You can probably get it watertight enough to test with a bolt and some PTFE tape but I don't think the bolt will go far in before it nips up. I'll stick the sensor in the post tomorrow. I haven't tested it but it should be ok.

Sorry it didn't work. You can check it with a multimeter; the resistance should change (probably drop) as it warms from about 40 degrees C upwards. Just a thought - is the bolt securing the thermostat housing to the chassis in place? Without it the sensor isn't earthed and can't pass any current. Gavin
