Hello from Newcastle, near Sydney on the east coast of Australia. I bought my 1987 White & Red FZ Genesis back in 1988 and just got it registered again after letting it sit in storage for approx 20yrs. It's stock standard with 20,000 original km's on the clock and it's beautiful. Just had to pull the carbies down and clean all the jets, change all the fluids etc. She fired right up and runs as good as the day I first got her. I have also picked up another three complete FZ750 bikes. Another 1987 which has a 1000cc top end on it and 2 1985's. Two of the three are road worthy and one 85 was complete but in parts with a suspected blown head gasket. Got mine back on the road so that I could go riding with my son. I bought him a Hyosung GV250 cruiser to learn to ride on and when he gets his full bike licence in 3yrs time he can ride one the other FZ's ... father and son on identical classic old sports bikes. He's already taken mine for a run and the power has blown him away and put a huge smile on his face ... now he understands why I love my FZ. Cheers from Downunder Mentor
