They were definitely not an option for the English market.

I've seen them on Japanese FZ 750's over on the again defunct fz750.net. It doesn't help you guys in the UK, though.

Hi guys I'm also looking for the twin headlight, but does somebody know if its possible to change the asymitrical angle? JP and UK models have to lighten up left side of the road and sidewalk, and in Denmark its the right side My local Yamaha dealer couldn't tell me if it was possible to do that Cheers

Dasker, I don't know if you need to convert a UK/JP unit to Denmark, or a DK unit to UK. I've seen on TV shows like Wheeler Dealers that French headlights can be hacked for use in the UK by covering a sector on the outer lens with opaque tape. It doesn't help light up the UK sidewalk, but it does keep from blinding oncoming drivers.
I think your best option is buy a headlight unit from a country that drives on the same side of the road as you (whichever side that is), and to make your money back by selling the headlight unit you're not going to use to someone in a country that drives on the other side of the road. You might break even on cost in the end.
