Hi all , my name is James and I am 26. i am new to motorcycling, I am working toward my full uk motorcycle license and only have the module 2 to complete. I have recently bought an fz 750 genesis 1988 of my uncle as I fell in love with it when I saw it lol. It's a really good runnerand looks brilliant. it only has a few bits and bobs to do on it touch wood lol, so just cleaning it up at the min and trying to keep her roadworthy. Yesterday I went to pull a lead of the spark plug and the wire came away with the plug still attached, I panicked lol and took the plug off the spark plug. From reading on here is it right that the lead just screws back into the top of the plug? Then obviously the plug is ready to put back on the spark plug Hope you understand what i mean, Cheers for reading hopefully speak soon ,,,,,, jim

Hello, thanks for registering. HT lead does indeed screw in to plug cap. Just keep turning with gentle pressure until it goes tight. Good luck with your FZ. Plenty of willing people on here who can help with your bike problems.

Might pay you to cut 5-10mm off the end of HT lead first if there are signs of corrosion.
