Hi Eddie, No obvious look out points as the YZF750 is fairly bullet proof. I would just check the front brake callipers, not the best really and most people upgrade to Yamaha blue spots.
Just check the usual bits you would on any bike purchase.

Hello steadyeddie. Welcome to the forum.Think you will need to grind a curve in the calpier mounting bracket to fit blue spots to YZF forks. What's a hoping spot?
