Rob that is just stunning. I love the Termignoni exhaust in the 1st picture & those gold wheels look perfect. Inspiration for anyone doing their FZ up. Cheers for posting those pics mate. It's given me a lot to think about.

Thanks for the comments chaps.
Graham, yeah i liked it with the termi style pipe too but it made your ears bleed even with baffling in the link pipe like remus's etc.
Robbo.

Very nice, you've obviously spent a lot of time, effort & money on it. Especially like the instrument panel and camera idea. Like it!

Hey Robbo, your bike looks fantastic. I've worked hard to keep mine almost in almost stock condition and after seeing yours I'm wondering why! The engine looks better than new with the silver added. I think my winter is now planned.... Dave

Thanks again guy's
Wheaty, I think your bike looks the biz, i believe you have a 911 engine in it? I have a 2mg motor that i want to 911, who did yours and do they still do them or did you build it yourself? If so all the info would be much appreciated so i could set about it myself.
thanks in advance
robbo.

Cheers Robbo, I don't have a 911 engine in my bike anymore as it is in my loft until I can get around to sorting it out after it dropped a valve some years ago. I've already got a gas flowed cylinder head awaiting fitment but its a time thing. Following the dropped valve I just bought myself a 1000 genny lump and bunged that in which is pretty straight forward. My 911 engine was done by Steve Linsdel who owns Flitwick motorcycles (I use them for most of my spares as they are very knowledgable on the FZ) and the conversion involves opening the 750 crankcase out to accept the 1000 barrels, as you're using a 2mg model you won't need to use different conrods. There are a couple more bits to consider but it depends on how far you want to take the tune and I did copy a bit from Performance bikes and put it onto the FZ.com site if you look, its titled 911. I don't think that Steve does so much tuning anymore but it may be worth calling for any advice or even trying Pete Beale (as he's done a lot of Yamaha tuning in the past) or even Steve Spencer. I'm curious as to what instruments you'r using on your FZ if you'll ablige. Lastly it might be a good idea to put your location in your profile before trinity cuts your balls off for not putting it in, it's his pet hate I think, correct me if I'm wrong Trinity. Cheers.

Alan if you want the drinking smillie from the .com forum to show in your signature you will need to copy & paste this fz750.com/uploads/smil3dbd4e4c2e742.gif but place the [ img ] in front & [ /img ] after it but without the gaps I have left. Not sure where we stand regards borrowing the image from another forum though ? Edit; just realised I can do shit like this for you so.. . 'tis done. ;D

Thanks for the info Wheaty, i've sorted the location thingy, the instrument cluster is a KOSO RX1N its a nifty bit of kit with all sorts of functions, it has shift light etc and you can even set it to record 0-60 and standing quarter times. the digital speedo works really well as you can put up to 5 magnets on the wheel so it updates really smoothly. I ran it all of last summer and am really happy with it.
